Athlete Brand Coaching & On-Site Support for Personal Branding Workshops
As part of an NIL initiative, our team collaborated with the XFL during their training camp to support athletes with personal brand development. While our CEO led full-team branding workshops, I participated in the on-site activation, offering 1:1 brand coaching sessions for individual athletes. These meetings focused on helping players identify their personal narratives and understand how to position themselves for future opportunities.

Our team led a full rebrand — from messaging and visual identity to content strategy and digital presence. My work included developing a new brand voice, redesigning the logo and asset suite, creating social media templates, writing their content plan, and building an entirely new website from the ground up.

ZOLL partnered with our team to tell the powerful story of Spencer Davis, a student-athlete who survived sudden cardiac arrest thanks to immediate action by his coaches and teammates. I oversaw the production of this emotionally driven campaign — from managing the creative timeline and client communication to supporting content creation and running on-site execution.

Our team manages all marketing and brand partnerships for NFL player Damar Hamlin. I specifically lead the planning and execution of his annual Chasing M’s Charity Weekend — a three-day event series focused on community engagement, youth development, and fundraising. From logistics to run-of-show, I manage every detail across all events and lead on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution and high-impact visibility for the brand and its partners.
